It's going to be a week of great competition, fellowship, ice cream, and a celebration of all the hard work and dedication our students have shown this season! Check in will be from 6:00p-8:00p on Tuesday, June 6th. We should be done no later than 5:00p on Friday, and hopefully sooner than that so you all can get home. You can see a tentative schedule here. Housing is included in your registration cost, as are all three meals on Wednesday and Thursday, as well as breakfast and lunch on Friday.

Also included is a special dinner for seniors, their parents, and main sponsor(s). We will have an additional sign up sheet that will go out after registration is closed to sign up for that. Please only sign up seniors, their parents, and main sponsor(s) to start with. Should we have additional space, we will make that available to anyone on a first come, first served basis.

Regarding the event shirt, like last year we will be doing a t-shirt! Players' shirt sizes may need to be edited from what was selected when they were first registered. For costs it is $250 per player and adult, $200 per minor, and $50 per team. Due immediately will be $100 per player, $100 per adult spectator/quizmaster, $50 per minor spectator, and $50 per team. On site there will be an additional fee of $150 per person.

Based on the number of rooms we will have available, the limit on the number of teams will be 56. Last year we had 48 teams, so there is a chance the tournament will fill up. In the event the tournament fills up, churches that have multiple teams that could be condensed into fewer teams will be asked to do so. For example, if you have 12 players playing as 4 teams, you may be asked to condense into 3 teams. You will be required to bring 1 quizmaster for every two teams you have (churches with only 1 team are still required to supply a quizmaster). However, we may not need all quizmasters and will do our best to use only quizmasters who wish to quiz.

Please have your adults download the ScorePro App so they can keep score during the games. Please note that the Score-Pro app has merged with the Bible Quizzer app and is no longer available as a stand-alone app. The old Score-Pro app will no longer be used for live stats at Nationals. To get the new Score-Pro, follow these instructions:
From either the Android or Apple app store, install the free Bible Quizzer app.
Inside Bible Quizzer, tap the Purchase button, then find the free Score-Pro app for Bible Bowl.
Note: Please make sure you get Score-Pro for Bible Bowl and not for another quizzing group.

While subject to change, we again plan on doing 12 rounds of quickdraw, which will seed into double elimination pods of 8 teams, except for the championship pod which will be 16 teams. We will have the quote bee, test, and individual tournaments as well. All players are not required to take the test or participate in the individual tournament, but you do not need to sign them up as we leave enough space for all players to participate. For the quote bee, players need to be opted into it. Please check that box next to their name when registering to sign them up for the quote bee. There is no additional charge for this.
