Come join our celebration of the Bible Bowl season at the 68th National Bible Bowl! Our QuickDraw dynamic pairing system pairs teams of similar ability continuously throughout the QuickDraw tournament, so there is a place for all experience levels!

START/END

• The event starts with check-in on Friday, 12:30pm-1:00pm. You should plan to arrive at the beginning of check-in.  PLEASE EAT LUNCH BEFORE YOU ARRIVE.
• Wrap-up: Sunday, by 3:00pm

FOOD/HOUSING

• Housing: Housing is on your own. There is no housing available on-campus.
• Food: If you register with food included, it is for the following meals: Friday supper, Saturday lunch and supper, and Sunday lunch. Breakfast is not included. There will be no on-site sale of cafeteria meals. Special dietary requests are not guaranteed and must be emailed to office@biblebowl.org by Oct 29, 5:00pm EST and will be forwarded to the cafeteria manager.

COST
Note: Spectators are welcome, but everyone attending is expected to register and pay the registration fee. We now have an option to register for the event without food and hoodie.NOTICE: An event hoodie comes with registrations that include food. If you do not add food to your registration, no event hoodie is included. 95% Refundable or transferable through October 29. After that, no refunds or transfers for any reason.

• Team: $50 (due now)
• Players: $175 ($75 deposit due now, the remaining $100 at event check-in)
• Quizmaster & Adult spectator: $120 ($75 deposit due now, the remaining $45 at event check-in)
• Minor spectator: $100 ($75 deposit due now, the remaining $25 at event check-in)
• Adult spectator attend only: $40 (due now; no food or event hoodie and no admittance to cafeteria)
• Minor spectator attend only: $20 (due now; no food or event hoodie and no admittance to cafeteria)
• Adult Day pass: $20 per day (due at event check-in; cannot register for this option online; must email office@biblebowl.org to register for this option and receive instructions)
• Minor Day pass: $10 per day (due at event check-in; cannot register for this option online; must email office@biblebowl.org to register for this option and receive instructions)

COMPETITION

• Team: Team competition will consist of the Quick Draw tournament which seeds into the Championship and Challenger Double-Elimination brackets. The exact number of Quick Draw rounds and the size of the Double-Elimination brackets will not be determined until registration has closed and is always subject to change.
• Individual: Players are not required to participate in the Individual Tournament, and you do not need to sign-up, as we leave enough space for all players WHO REGISTER BY THE DEADLINE to participate. The number of slots available is set at the registration deadline, so after that, players registering late might not get a slot in the Individual Tournament.
• Written Test: Players are not required to take the Written Test, and you do not need to sign-up as we leave enough space for all players. If a player needs a test accommodation due to a disability, you must email office@biblebowl.org by October 29, 5:00pm EST to request it and to receive instructions.
• Quote Bee: Please opt-in all players who wish to participate in the Quote Bee so we can plan for the appropriate number of rooms. There will be very limited slots left by the event date, so those who do not register for the Quote Bee may not get to participate.
• Memory Verse Challenge: We will once again have a Memory Verse Challenge! Details will be provided when you check-in. If you want to support the Memory Verse Challenge with your donation, you may do so HERE. Choose "Memory Verse Challenge" from the fund dropdown menu. THANK YOU!!!

SCHEDULE

• You will receive a detailed schedule upon check-in. For planning purposes, it will not start before 12:30pm on Friday and it will not go later than 3:00p on Sunday.

DEADLINES

• Oct 29, 5:00pm EST: Registration closes
• Oct 29, 5:00pm EST: 95% refund and transfer of  deposit deadline. After this your deposit is forfeited and cannot be transfered.
• Oct 29, 5:00pm EST: Written Test accommodation request
• Oct 29, 5:00pm EST: Quote-Bee opt-in
• Oct 29, 5:00pm EST: Special dietary requests emailed to office@biblebowl.org
• Nov 15: Roster changes (you can re-arrange players through this date, but no new players or teams can be added after Oct 29, 5:00pm EST)

FINE PRINT

• Team Slots: Team slots are awarded on a first-come-first-served basis. Please remember that a team is not registered until all initial fees have been paid, and all players must also be registered for a local league. In the event the tournament fills up and there are teams on the waiting list, groups with multiple teams that could be condensed into fewer teams will be asked to do so. For example, a group with 12 players playing as 4 teams may be asked to condense into 3 teams.
• Quizmasters: Each group will be required to bring 1 quizmaster, then 1 additional quizmaster for every two teams you register. However, we may not need all quizmasters and will do our best to use only quizmasters who wish to quiz.

OFFICE CLOSURE

• The Bible Bowl office will be closed Nov 25-Nationals +1 week, so any correspondence received will be returned after Nationals and will be answered on a first-come-first-served basis. If you must cancel a team, please email office@biblebowl.org so that we can access the impact it will have on the tournament. Thanks for your help with this.

REITERATING: Please be aware that the deadline for a 95% deposit refund or transfer is Oct 29, 5:00pm EST!!! After that you will not be able to register additional players or spectators with the food option, and if you cancel you will forfeit your deposit which means it cannot be applied to someone else's onsite fee.
